About the event

THE COMEDIANS

Mike Albanese

Born in Philadelphia and raised in the south means nothing in the long run. Mike Albanese finds his humor from his everyday life experiences mixed with his internal struggle with paranoia, inability to say no to a roulette table and the longing for that perfect girl who he will inevitably blow it with. Using comedy to cope and food to find morereasons to hate himself, Mike’s comedy might make you realize that maybe you aren’t so strange after all.

Belynda Cleare

Entertaining and making people laugh most of her life, Belynda is a multi-talented individual. Originally from a small, rural community in Canada, her comedy material is based on hilarious stories from her outrageous life and family, as well as her extraordinary understanding of life and human nature.

Plus special guest...

Justin Gonzalez (tenor) knew from a very young age that music would be something extraordinary in his life. Being a poor kid from The City of Brotherly Love, he didn’t know that he had a seat at the table. At 13 years old, Justin was invited to join a chorus as a soloist in Germany and France. In that two weeks, Justin had the opportunity to perform in many castles, mansions, and historic houses of worship. The most memorable moment for him was singing in the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris, France. At that moment, Justin found his place card, along with his seat at the table.

After years of laying the groundwork for a promising career as an opera singer, at the age of 18, Justin was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, an autoimmune disease. One of the symptoms of MS is memory loss. His opera career was over just as it began.

Sharing stories through music was something that Justin couldn’t just walk away from. Today, 20 years since that first tour, Justin Gonzalez is still a sought-after classical music soloist. He is also a practitioner of the American Song Book and the music of Broadway. Justin uses all of this music to entertain, educate, and share his story.

When Justin isn’t singing with the world’s best classical musicians, popular music performers and writing his music to perform with the Justin Gonzalez Trio, he is the lead singer of 33 ⅓ LIVE’s Killer Queen Experience. KQE faithfully recreates the studio recordings of the legendary rock band Queen. Justin and his ten bandmates take you back to the days of listening to your favorite Queen albums nightly!

No matter the music you like, when Justin Gonzalez takes the stage, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy singer Justin Gonzalez.
