THE ROYAL MUSIC & ARTS CENTER

To our “Royal” friends:

As you know, The Royal recently celebrated our first year of bringing music, laughter, and fun to our community. In just a short time, this small gem of a venue has earned a reputation as a warm, welcoming home for established and up-and-coming performers alike.

Providing professional live music and comedy in a small space poses some challenges, but we are proud of our venue and everyone who has supported us.  We’re proud of the versatility of our listening room and truly want to be a part of this community for a long, long time.

To keep the vision alive – and enable us to pursue other sources of funding – we’re proud to announce that plans are underway to incorporate as a nonprofit venture under our new entity, The Royal Music & Arts Center. This strategy allows us to apply for grants, seek tax-deductible donations, and pursue sponsorships while broadening and strengthening our role as a vital participant in the local and regional arts community.

We’re ready and eager to continue fulfilling our mission, but for this transition to succeed, we need your help!

  • Can you volunteer during shows to handle set-up, tickets, and concessions?

  • Can you spread the word about renting The Royal for parties, rehearsal space, private events, or for use by churches, schools, and other community organizations?

  • Can you identify local businesses willing to regularly sponsor events at The Royal, such as open mic nights, concert series, and performer residencies?

  • Can you offer your talents in marketing and publicity?

We would be grateful for any support you can offer. Our lease is up for renewal in a few months, so the time to act is now. Please contact us at 610-220-2071 or info@theroyalglenside.com

Thank you for being part of The Royal Music & Arts Center community!

Sincerely,

Bridgett Gordon
