Open Jam at The Royal

Thanksgiving Eve at The Royal!! In place of our normal weekly open mic, we are holding our first Open Jam Session, Hosted by local bass player David Jamison & Friends! Sign-Ups will begin at 7:30pm. Full Backline provided (drum set, bass amp, guitar amps, 88-key digital piano, mics, etc) just bring your guitar, bass, drums sticks, voice, sax, trumpet, kazoo - whatever strikes you!

The House Band will open with a 15-20 minute set and then work on getting everybody up and in the rotation! Improvisation is one of the truest artforms - no need to prepare specific tunes...just show up and jam!

The Ways Restaurant & Brewery will be selling their delicious beer. No outside beer permitted. BYO-Wine is allowed with a $10 corkage fee. No Hard Liquor.

Parking: Guests of The Royal are permitted to park in the parking lot of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Enter the lot on Mt. Carmel Avenue, on the other side of Easton Road. Parking is available at the Glenside Train Station, but at your own risk as we are not associated or contracted with SEPTA. Street parking is also available
